Indivdually tested and certified HEPA Filters
Do not be mislead by vacuums claiming to provide clean air quality with HEPA filters that are undersized and untested. These filters often leak or bypass dangerous particles in the air. HEPAPro vacuums are equipped with oversized HEPA filters that are individually tested to be 99.97% efficient at .3 microns. The proof is the test data is on a label affixed to the filter. If you do not see a test label with numbers (airflow, penetration rate & serial number) on your HEPA filter, you do not have a genuine HEPA filter. Our HEPA filters are also designed to be “Fail Safe”. If for any reason, the HEPA filter is not installed correctly, the vacuum will fail to pick-up, preventing an unintentional leak or exposure of dust. Most vacuums claiming to be HEPA, have factory installed filters that are permanently mounted and not “Fail Safe”. There is no guarantee that the filter is installed correctly to eliminate the possibility of leaks or bypass.
Synthetic Microfiber Disposable Filter Bags with sealable inlet collars
Synthetic microfiber disposable filter bags trap and contain smaller particles and help extend the life of the HEPA filter. They have greater holding capacity and will not tear or burst even when picking-up heavy concrete dust. The 4-ply construction provides more efficient, extended cleaning periods by providing higher suction and airflow even when the bag is loading. Bottom line, there are fewer interruptions due to clogging, saving you time & money. Also, the bag inlet collar includes a peel-n-stick tab to safely contain the bag’s contents, preventing worker exposure to dangerous dust during transport, handling and disposal.
120V Outlet and Power Tool On/Off Activation
To comply with the latest Federal (OSHA) regulations to protect workers from exposure to respirable asbestos, silica and other dangerous dust, many handheld power tools must be shrouded and connected to HEPA Vacuums. To maximize dust control without sacrificing efficiency, HEPAPro Vacuums are equipped with a 120V outlet for plugging-in power tools. This outlet allows the operator to use the power tool as the on/off switch for the vacuum. Activate your power tool and your vacuum will turn on. Shut-down your power tool and the vacuum will turn off after seven seconds to allow all the dust to travel the length of the hose to the inside of the tank.
